1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch within 72 hours, and delivery takes 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the type of shipping selected at checkout.
2. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do, select express shipping at checkout. It takes 1-4 days to deliver after dispatch depending on your pincode.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS or you can whatsapp us to track your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
4. Do you do refunds?
We don't offer refunds on standard orders, we exchange instead. If we can't complete an exchange or replacement because the stock is gone, we refund you in full. Details are in our Refund/Exchange Policy.
5. Can I exchange my t-shirt for a different size?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery and at no charge, as long as the product is unworn, in its original packaging, and the hang tag is intact.
6. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Since our t-shirts are hand-detailed, minor variations are expected and not considered defects. However, if you receive a damaged item, click here within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll replace it.

7. How can I place an order?
Simply select your preferred size, add the t-shirt to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll start processing your order.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Only cash-on-delivery (COD) orders can be cancelled, and only within 6 hours of placing the order. After that the order is already in process and can't be cancelled. Prepaid orders can't be cancelled once placed.

13. What material are Orchin t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are crafted from premium 100% cotton terry fabric, ensuring durability and comfort. Each piece features hand-embroidered details, making it unique.
14. What size should I order?
Our t-shirts come in a relaxed fit. We recommend checking our size guide on the product page before placing your order. If you wear M size in normal fit in general then go for M size with us for good relaxed fit drape. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us.
15. Will the embroidery on my t-shirt last?
Yes! Each piece is hand-embroidered with precision, and with proper care, the embroidery will remain intact. Over time, slight changes may occur, which adds to the unique character of the piece.

16. Is Orchin sustainable?
We strive to make conscious choices by incorporating eco-friendly materials and reducing waste. However, we don't overstate sustainability claims—we believe in progress, not perfection.
17. What kind of packaging do you use?
Our packaging is designed to be minimal and eco-conscious. Plus, every Orchin hang tag comes with a seed that grows into a plant—a little reminder that something unusual can bloom from nothing.

18. Will a sold-out design come back?
Not always. Every piece is stitched by hand, so availability changes. If a design you love is sold out, write to us at ocho@orchin.in or whatsapp us and we'll tell you what's possible.

Customisation
21. Can I get my own design embroidered?
Yes. Choose your own words (from ₹1,450) or a doodle or symbol (from ₹1,550) on our Design Your Own page. The final price depends on the number of letters or the size of the doodle. We send you a digital mockup by email within 48 hours, and nothing is stitched until you approve it. Shipping is free across India.
