1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually ship within 1-4 working days, and delivery takes 2-7 business days depending on your location and type of shipping selected at checkout.
2. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do, select express shipping at checkout. It take 1-4 days to deliver after dispatch depending on your pincode.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS or you can whatsapp us to track your order.
Refunds & Exchanges
4. Do you do refunds?
Yes we do kindly raise refund request by clicking here. Please note refunds allowed on within 7 days after product gets delivered.
5. Can I exchange my t-shirt for a different size?
Yes, we allow size exchanges as long as the product is unworn, in its original packaging, and the hang tag is intact.
6. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
Since our t-shirts are hand-detailed, minor variations are expected and not considered defects. However, if you receive a damaged item, click here within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you.

7. How can I place an order?
Simply select your preferred size, add the t-shirt to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll start processing your order.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through our secure payment gateway.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled. Prepaid orders can't be cancelled.

13. What material are Orchin t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are crafted from premium 100% cotton terry fabric, ensuring durability and comfort. Each piece features hand-embroidered details, making it unique.
14. What size should I order?
Our t-shirts come in a relaxed fit. We recommend checking our size guide on the product page before placing your order. If you wear M size in normal fit in general then go for M size with us for good relaxed fit drape. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us.
15. Will the embroidery on my t-shirt last?
Yes! Each piece is hand-embroidered with precision, and with proper care, the embroidery will remain intact. Over time, slight changes may occur, which adds to the unique character of the piece.
