We stitch it the same way we stitch everything else: by hand, slowly, checked before it's final. You'll see a digital mockup by email or whatsapp before a single stitch happens, nothing goes to the embroiderer until you've said yes.

When will I get my order?

First, we design. You'll get a digital mockup by email within 48 hours of ordering — nothing gets stitched before that.

Once you approve it, we hand-embroider and dispatch within 3-5 days depending on the customisation rush.

Total time from order to delivery is usually 7-12 days, depending on how quickly you approve the mockup and where you're located.
Returns

Once your design's approved, it's made just for you so we can't offer returns on customised pieces.

Wrong size? We'll re-embroider your design onto a new base at 70% of the original embroidery cost, since it has to be stitched from scratch again.

Damaged or defective on arrival? That's on us / we'll replace it, no charge.
